The philosophy behind it
This retreats are more than just holidays.
They are an invitation to live more consciously, to feel more deeply and to move with intention a real reset.
A week full of sun, wind, sea, movement and yourself. We combine kitesurfing and yoga into a flow to find your balance: arrive in the morning, have a good session on the water during the day and come together in the evening to eat, philosophize, breathe and unwind.
We, Franzi & Nik, have found a deeper and stronger connection to ourselves through yoga and kitesurfing. These experiences are what we want to share with you! For us, kitesurfing and yoga belong together, two paths that connect body and mind and takes you back into the present moment.
On the water and on the yoga mat, it’s not about going higher, faster or further. It’s about switching off your mind, letting go and arriving fully at the feeling right now.
Some days are centered around a theme, from nervous system regulation, mindful movement and body awareness to mental clarity or embracing silence.
Our retreats create space for real rest, movement, mindfulness and community. A place to arrive, breathe, explore and simply be. In harmony with nature. In harmony and stillness with yourself.

Why this combination works
Kitesurfing takes you into the elements:
You learn to tune into wind, water and balance. Action turns into flow and your mind naturally quiets down.
Yoga is the counterpart:
Breathing, awareness and regeneration. It keeps your mobility, helps prevent injuries and calms your mind.
Together they create a rhythm that strengthens and centers you, something you can take home as routine for simply every day.
